Legislation Informing the LSBC Tribunal

The Legal Profession Act is legislation passed by the British Columbia legislature. It forms the basis of the Law Society’s regulation of the legal profession in the province and allows the benchers (directors of the Law Society) to make rules relating to the conduct of lawyers and the functioning of the LSBC Tribunal.
