The LSBC Tribunal recognizes that its work takes place on the traditional Indigenous territories across the lands now known as British Columbia and further recognizes the treaty and Indigenous territories across the lands now known as Canada, home to a large diversity of First Nations, Métis and Inuit.
The LSBC Tribunal office is located in Vancouver within the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
