At a prehearing conference held on February 13, 2025 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Jeffrey Scouten, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The application to withdraw deemed admissions is scheduled for March 4, 2025, with the understanding that if new counsel is not available on March 4, 2025, the application will be moved to another date that week.
2. The application materials will be served on the Law Society by February 25, 2025.
3. The Law Society will serve their response by February 28, 2025.
