Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on November 21, 2024 and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society and Jenny Musyj, appearing for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing scheduled for three days on November 26 - 28, 2024 is adjourned generally.
2. The Respondent will provide a full medical report from Dr. Ley and Dr. Ley's entire file, subject to redactions, by the week of January 13, 2025.
3. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for January 29, 2025.  Dr. Ley will attend to be cross-examined by Law Society counsel.
