At a prehearing conference held on January 23, 2025 and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society, and Jenny Musyj, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
1. The Respondent will provide a full medical report from Dr. Ley and Dr. Ley's entire file, subject to redactions, by February 21, 2025.
2. The cross-examination of Dr. Ley is set for March 10, 2025 or any other mutually agreeable date the same week.
3. Dr. Ley's medical report, file and cross-examination may be used as evidence in both files, HE20230014 and HE20240008.
4. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for March 24, 2025.
