At a prehearing conference held on June 27, 2024 and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society and Michael Butterfield, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing on facts and determination set for October 21 to 25, 2024 is adjourned to February 3 to 7, 2025.
2. The new hearing date is peremptory.
3. Counsel for the Respondent will provide to counsel for the Law Society an expert report to be relied upon, within 84 days from the date of this Order.
4. Counsel for the Law Society will provide to counsel for the Respondent a response expert report to be relied upn within 60 days of receipt of an expert report received from counsel for the Respondent.
