Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on March 3, 2025 and on hearing Rajit Mittal, counsel for the Law Society and Kyle Thompson and Saheli Sodhi, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1.  The Law Society will amend both citations to show which allegations will not be proceeded with by March 7, 2025.
2.  The Law Society will deliver its witness and reliance lists to the Respondent by March 10, 2025 and the Respondent will provide his witness and reliance lists to the Law Society by March 17, 2025.
3. Two witnesses for the Respondent, NB and DT, along with one witness of the Law Society SM, have leave to attend the hearing remotely.
