At a prehearing conference held on January 9, 2025 and on hearing Jordanna Cytrynbaum and Raj Mittal, counsel for the Law Society, and Ron Nairne, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that: 

1. The hearing on facts and determination is rescheduled for ten days from March 31 to April 11, 2025.
2. If both parties wish to schedule a settlement conference, they are to advise the Tribunal Registry.
