Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on March 27, 2025 and on hearing Jordanna Cytrynbaum, counsel for the Law Society and Kyle Thompson, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. Counsel for the Respondent is to prepare a document consolidating all the admissions in the five Notices to Admit and Responses in a logical format. Any errors in the admissions should be noted for Law Society counsel. The consolidated admissions document is to be delivered to counsel for the Law Society by 4 pm today.
2. The Law Society will respond by noon on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
3. The parties are encouraged to keep in contact as they proceed with the review, rather than wait until all changes have been made.
