Tim Delaney

Tim Delaney, Vancouver: Tim Delaney was called to the bar in 1989. He is a partner with Lindsay Kenney LLP in Vancouver, B.C. He has a general civil litigation practice. Tim was first elected a Bencher in 2022. Tim has held many law related positions including: Executive Committee member of the TLABC; Elected Member of the CBABC Provincial Council; President of the Law Court's Inn Society; Chair of the CBABC Legislation and Law Reform Committee; President of the Vancouver Bar Association and Chair of the CBA Law Week Planning Committee. Tim has also been active in the community, serving on the boards of I'm a HIPpy Society (society dedicated to hip health in children) and Act II Child & Family Services Society (society that operates counselling programs and a safe house for battered women and their children).
